The Power in Power Yoga is keeping your body and mind strong. This focused practice of movement and breath boosts your immune system, regulates your nervous system, calms your stress response, and balances your emotions. 

If you haven’t tried a Live Remote class, jump on- from home- this is your chance! No judgment; no pressure; we are in this together.

Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga will challenge you physically and mentally, while reducing stress and anxiety, and is accessible to all. This practice is unique in an intentional matching of breath to movement.

Classes Mon 5:30pm, Wed 6:15pm, Saturday 9:30am.
