Winter 2023 Hiatus!
I am excited to be starting a new job with an amazing company, and will be focusing all my energy there. I will be taking time off teaching regular weekly evening classes, but will still hold pop-up classes virtually, when possible! I am grateful for each one of you showing up to practice, and I will always be here for you, in all ways! Please follow instagram story for class times and schedule as you typically would. I appreciate all of the support from this YOGA COMMUNITY. I will continue to teach yoga events and take individual clients, as schedule permits. Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Jessica Ackerman, RYT will challenge you physically and mentally, while reducing stress and anxiety, and is accessible to all. This practice is unique in an intentional matching of breath to movement.
