The resistance of the water offers a challenging strength workout, while bringing recovery for performance athletes.

Jessica’s guided sessions are brought to you LIVE, in your pool, or remotely, via Zoom or other remote platform, so she can assist with postural adjustment, motivate, inspire, and challenge your workout with physical and mental strength & flexibility.

Aqua Yoga is accessible to ALL- use your home pool or community pool with no added modifications or equipment.

Jessica brings accessible guidance in live sessions, fitting into your schedule. All ages, all abilities, even first timers to yoga!
