My private group yoga sessions are designed especially for any special event - wedding shower, bachelorette party, pre-wedding, family vacation, or simply bringing friends together..... from beachside to backyard, wedding venue to rental home, this accessible power vinyasa yoga class will take you on a journey of movement and breath. I bring an accessible yoga flow for everybody and every body, for beginner and experienced yogis, for groups small and large. Whatever your special occasion, adding the yoga experience brings mindfulness and wellness, stretching and strength. 

I meet you where you are.

This is a customizable group experience, with a powerful, calming, invigorating yoga practice. The practice lasts about an hour and ends in Savasana, a relaxation meditative pose. Your group is sure to feel rejuvenated and ready to take on the rest of your trip or event! This practice is accessible to all and does not require any special clothing or experience.
